1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all services offered by Carola Pisani Photography, located in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. By booking a session, visiting this website, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We offer professional photography services, including but not limited to:

  • Fine art family photography
  • Fashion portraits
  • Product photography
  • Image editing and retouching
  • Digital and print delivery options

3. Booking & Payments

  • A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a date.
  • Full payment is due after the session, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are listed in euros and include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 2 days before the session are eligible for rescheduling.
  • In case of illness or bad weather (for outdoor shoots), we will offer a free reschedule.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of deposit plus 50% of the remaining payment.

5. Delivery & Use of Photos

  • Edited digital photos will normally be delivered within 15 working days after the session.
  • The photographer retains copyright over all images.
  • Clients receive personal usage rights for delivered images.
  • For commercial or editorial use, a separate licensing agreement is required.

6. Portfolio & Social Media Use

We may use selected images for our website, social media, or promotional materials. If you wish to opt out, please indicate this during or after the session in writing.

7. Liability

We take the utmost care during all sessions and editing. However, in the unlikely event of equipment failure, image loss, or cancellation due to force majeure, liability is limited to rescheduling or refund of the session fee.

8. Governing Law

All agreements are subject to Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
